Job Summary

To lead complex technical initiatives, the full-time Senior Project Manager will oversee medium to large Staff Augmentation projects remotely, ensuring project profitability and building strong client relationships while developing high-performing teams across global locations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and monitor job results, coaching and enforcing company policies and procedures
• Analyze and improve billable utilization while forecasting project profitability
• Identify farming opportunities within existing clients to deliver value to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Experience in the IT industry
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science
• Advanced level of English
