Job Summary

Overseeing third-party vendor activities related to Workday integrations, the part-time Project Manager will serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners, tracking project progress and facilitating communication while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure deliverables from third-party vendors meet scope, quality, and timeline expectations
• Track project progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies, addressing issues proactively
• Facilitate regular status meetings and maintain project documentation

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively with vendors
• Understanding of system integrations and project lifecycle methodologies (Agile or Waterfall)
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills
