Job Summary

To lead the successful implementation and expansion of software products for Life Sciences clients, the full-time remote Project Manager will manage project timelines, scopes, and budgets while ensuring customer satisfaction through hands-on project execution and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans and drive successful software implementations, ensuring timely delivery within budget
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and delivering in-depth system training
• Ensure project quality by tracking metrics, submitting timesheets, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• 5-6 years of project management experience, particularly in software implementation or technical projects
• Previous experience in the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industries is highly desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with PM tracking software like MS Project
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Business Information Systems
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is preferred
