Job Summary
To support pharmacy automation initiatives, the remote Project Manager will lead software implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment among clients and internal teams while managing workflows and project documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead implementations from kickoff to go-live, managing scope, risks, and quality assurance
- Map and refine pharmacy workflows to enhance operational efficiency and value delivery
- Coordinate team efforts, ensuring alignment on timelines and project milestones
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in software implementation/project management or pharmacy operations with project ownership
- Pharmacy background preferred, such as experience as a pharmacist or registered pharmacy technician
- Ability to translate operational challenges into structured project requirements
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on responsiveness and prioritization
- Familiarity with handling PHI and understanding of security/privacy best practices
