Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading medium-to-large technology projects in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Project Manager will utilize Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to ensure successful project delivery while collaborating with business leaders, technical teams, and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technology projects from initiation through completion, developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and deliverables
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and serve as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach to promote best practices across teams
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, communicating project status, risks, and key milestones effectively

Required qualifications

• 6 years of experience in IT project management
• Experience managing projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
• Working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or Lean principles
• Proficiency with project management tools such as ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Jira, or Microsoft Project
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
