Project Manager

Job Summary

To support project initiatives, the contract Project Manager will work remotely from the El Segundo/Los Angeles area, focusing on consolidating information, maintaining process documentation for Pega decisioning, and communicating business requirements to technology teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain process flow documentation for Pega decisioning logic changes and execute testing of system changes
• Translate marketing offer strategy into decisioning logic and create test cases for iterations of the strategy
• Consolidate information and present it to senior management in a clear and concise manner

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, data science, or a related technical field with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of Pega CDH and familiarity with marketing database technologies such as Adobe and Unica
• Proficient in SQL, SAS, or similar data analysis languages for validating decisioning logic transactions
• Experience with programming languages and concepts, as well as Agile methodology
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues and work with cross-functional teams
