Project Manager

Job Summary

Collaborating with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables, the contract Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and implementation of a Productions offshoring initiative while working virtually from Dallas, TX.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure successful project completion
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders and vendors to ensure cohesive project execution and timely reporting of project outcomes
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, exercising discretion when addressing sensitive subject matter

Required qualifications:

• Five to seven years of experience as a project manager, preferably in an ad agency or tech firm with a focus on implementation and change management
• Offshoring experience is required
• Broad understanding of advertising and marketing, including omnichannel lifecycle management
• Strong expertise in technology platforms, particularly Workfront and MS Office
• Exceptional leadership skills with a successful track record in client-facing roles
