Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing AI data platform, the part-time Project Manager will oversee brand partnerships, investor relations, and operational initiatives while leveraging AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the brand partnership pipeline from initial introduction to signed contracts
• Coordinate investor relations follow-up cadences for the active seed round
• Oversee a small remote operations team and manage daily briefings for the founder

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in project management or operations within a fast-paced environment
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent written communication skills for investor and brand outreach
• Ability to work flexibly and responsively outside of traditional hours
• Desire for growth opportunities leading to a Head of Partnerships role
