Project Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Project Manager will coordinate the delivery and implementation of subscription software products, managing project life cycles and ensuring successful outcomes across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for the full life cycle of customer projects, including new implementations and updates
• Lead the development of project plans and timelines, coordinating tasks and deliverables with team members and clients
• Support senior leadership in maintaining project schedules and communicating status, risks, and issues to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Project management experience in a SaaS company with a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget
• Experience in wildland fire, forestry, electric utilities, or a related discipline
• Familiarity with project management software such as Smartsheets, Notion, and Jira
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Apps
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple complex projects remotely
