Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing projects of moderate to high complexity, the full-time Project Manager will serve as the primary client interface for implementations in the life sciences sector, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction while working remotely from the UK.

Key responsibilities:

• Independently lead projects and serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and manage cross-functional dependencies and risks
• Conduct end-user training and manage issue resolution for studies in maintenance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred, or appropriate work experience
• 2-4 years' experience in a software Project Management role, preferably in the life sciences industry
• Previous experience delivering voice (IVR), web (IWR), and mobile (IMR) platforms is a plus
• Familiarity with SQL is advantageous
• Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment preferred
