Project Manager

Job Summary

To ensure effective management of client projects, the full-time Project Manager will oversee project execution, maintain client relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on the product and service portfolio, driving the sale of additional services
• Create and manage work orders, ensuring the production team has necessary information for execution
• Monitor project progress, anticipate risks, and recommend proactive solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Client Services, Account Management, or Project Management
• Experience in packaging, prepress, artwork, or related industries preferred
• Advanced English proficiency; fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a strong asset
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining effective communication
