Job Summary

Managing strategic projects for the Operating Group Leadership, the full-time PMO and Strategic Project Manager will support technology initiatives, operational optimization, and data analytics while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Drive independent project management, including scoping, analysis, and implementation support for high-value strategic projects
• Develop and implement organization-wide policies and procedures to enhance workflows and improve deliverables
• Collaborate with leadership to identify new product launches and strategic partnerships with carrier partners

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Four or more years of related work experience leading complex cross-functional projects
• Strong understanding of competitive landscapes and regulatory frameworks
• Experience with project methodologies, performance indicators, and risk management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
