Job Summary

Working directly with the founder, the part-time Project Manager will oversee brand partnerships, investor relations, and operational tasks while leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the brand partnership pipeline from initial introduction to contract signing
• Coordinate investor relations follow-ups for the active seed funding round
• Oversee a small remote operations team and manage daily briefings for the founder

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management or similar roles
• Strong writing skills for investor communications and internal updates
• Ability to work flexibly and responsively, not confined to traditional hours
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on outcomes
