Job Summary

Leading projects aimed at optimizing operational processes, the remote contract Project Manager will manage assigned projects from concept to completion while collaborating with stakeholders across business, clinical, and technical domains.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall management of assigned projects throughout the project lifecycle
• Establish processes to manage project scope, quality standards, and risk assessment
• Monitor resources and streamline project efficiency while reporting outcomes and risks to management

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in population health environments
• Proven experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with Medicare and Medicaid
• Experience managing multiple end-to-end projects within a healthcare or provider environment
• Some level of clinical experience with knowledge of primary acute EMRs
• Experience with care coordination or HIE-enabling platforms
