Project Manager

Job Summary

To ensure effective management of new and existing client projects, the full-time remote Project Manager will oversee client relationships, manage project execution, and coordinate cross-functional teams while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on the product and service portfolio, driving additional service sales
• Create and manage work orders to ensure seamless execution by the production team
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and recommend proactive solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Client Services, Account Management, or Project Management
• Preferred experience in packaging, prepress, artwork, or print production
• Advanced English proficiency; fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a strong asset
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
