Job Summary

Managing projects within the Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) group, the full-time hybrid Program Manager will oversee project management processes, track performance objectives, and support new business development while balancing onsite and remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Perform project management tasks including initiating, organizing, and controlling projects
• Track progress to ensure financial, schedule, and technical objectives are met
• Coordinate and execute a collection of projects while supporting new business development activities

Required qualifications

• Experience in the Aerospace industry or a related field
• Background in project management or a similar discipline
• Experience with risk and opportunity management
• Demonstrated leadership in ethics, safety, and security
• Strong interpersonal skills within a cross-functional team environment
