Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the implementation of a new online system, the remote Project Manager will collaborate with leadership and project staff to develop and deliver strategic communications, ensuring stakeholder engagement and user readiness throughout the transition.

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate and enhance existing communications strategies for the DSL Connect project
• Develop communication materials, including key messages, website content, and outreach resources
• Participate in project meetings and provide recommendations to improve communication effectiveness

Required qualifications:

• Experience in strategic communications and stakeholder engagement
• Proven ability to translate technical information into accessible content
• Familiarity with branding requirements and accessibility standards
• Strong background in change management communications
• Experience in project management within a public sector or governmental context
