Project Manager

Job Summary

To drive cultural transformation and facilitate organizational change, the full-time remote Project Manager will establish governance, develop strategy, and manage communications for major initiatives while working directly with Federal Leadership and coordinating across the agency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement transition management plans and conduct risk assessments to drive organizational transformation
• Monitor program execution, identify obstacles, and take corrective actions to meet contractual and client expectations
• Enforce a customer-centric outlook and encourage innovative solutions while ensuring timely communications across the program

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of recent Program/Project Management and Change Management experience
• Relevant experience in organizational change management, Department of Defense (DOD), and program change is preferred
• Experience and understanding of government contracting
• Ability to engage senior leaders and manage stakeholders effectively
• Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust government security clearance (US Citizenship Required)
