Job Summary

To deliver integrated marketing projects effectively, the contract Community, Communications, and Marketing (CCM) Operations Project Manager will manage all phases of the project lifecycle, coordinate campaigns, and ensure timely completion while working flexibly from home in Tempe, AZ.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project development from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines and project scope
• Coordinate and track the status of marketing-driven campaigns, reporting to project sponsors when issues arise
• Utilize the Workfront system to manage projects, document changes, and archive project documents post-completion

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience or equivalent
• General understanding of integrated marketing and communications processes
• Experience with project management tools, preferably Workfront
• Strong collaborative skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
