Project Manager

Job Summary

To ensure a positive client experience in production art and image carrier projects, the full-time remote Project Manager will manage client engagement, project timelines, and quality assurance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client engagement and manage the order entry process
• Ensure project quality by overseeing accuracy and capturing client preferences
• Drive results through reporting, tracking, and managing client expectations

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in customer service and/or project management
• Experience in the design, print, or production art industry preferred
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and general knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners
