Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing client relationships remotely, the full-time Project Manager will oversee production art and image carrier projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output while serving as the primary contact for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client engagement and manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery
• Oversee the accuracy of project specifications and maintain quality standards throughout the production process
• Facilitate communication across teams and manage client expectations regarding project deliverables and pricing

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in customer service and/or project management
• Experience in the design, print, or production art industry preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop
• Ability to work independently and build relationships with cross-functional partners
