Job Summary

Managing market research projects from commissioning to invoice, the full-time remote Project Manager will ensure stakeholder satisfaction, maintain project quality, and build strong client relationships while overseeing complex budgets and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain full project ownership and manage stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure project tasks are completed effectively
• Anticipate and troubleshoot project challenges while communicating updates throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• At least 4 years of recent experience in quantitative online and digital market research
• Competence in research and survey design, sampling, and consultation
• Ability to manage complex project budgets and timelines
• Experience mentoring junior staff and supporting their professional growth
• Developed knowledge of technical, support, or administrative policies and procedures
