Job Summary

As the operational engine behind global creative campaigns, the full-time Project Manager will develop and manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional team collaboration, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality work for multi-market campaigns in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate clear project plans, ensuring milestones are met from initial brief to final delivery
  • Act as the main point of contact for local market teams, managing requests and coordinating asset localisation
  • Organise internal and client reviews, consolidating feedback into actionable tasks for creative, design, and PR teams
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager in a creative, advertising, or marketing agency
  • Experience managing the delivery of creative campaigns, with a preference for PR campaign experience
  • Strong grasp of project setup, budgeting, resource planning, and reporting
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project)
  • A track record of successfully coordinating projects across different markets or regions
