Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading critical, high-visibility initiatives, the contract-to-hire End-to-End Project Manager will drive the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional projects in a remote environment, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives from project initiation through operational stabilization
• Collaborate with executive leadership and matrix partners to define project scope, success metrics, and resource strategies
• Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans while maintaining oversight of project funding and timelines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in business, project management, or healthcare field
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Portfolio management experience preferred
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred but not required
