Job Summary

To support a post-PMO transformation within a digital operations setting, the full-time Contract Project Manager will manage multiple O365-related projects, build and standardize project management processes, and enhance project tracking within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the execution of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring strong delivery discipline
• Develop and normalize project management processes, templates, and governance frameworks
• Support project tracking and automation within the Microsoft 365 environment, enhancing visibility and consistency of project data

Required qualifications

• 3-7+ years of Project Management experience
• Strong understanding of core project management fundamentals, including scope management and change control
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 environments, particularly with SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Ability to operate effectively in low-maturity environments and build structure from scratch
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills
