Job Summary

Executing pharma marketing projects across cross-functional teams, the full-time Project Manager will plan and manage timelines, track milestones, and ensure smooth project delivery in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects from kickoff through delivery, coordinating internal teams across various functions
• Build and maintain project timelines, tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks
• Run efficient status meetings and maintain project documentation with high attention to detail

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of project management or coordination experience in a pharma or healthcare independent agency environment
• Hands-on familiarity with Ziflow and Slack, with the ability to quickly learn new tools
• Strong organizational skills to track details and dependencies effectively
• Direct and clear communication style to keep teams aligned
• Solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on execution and problem-solving
