Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing various retail projects remotely, the full-time Project Manager will oversee project planning, design, construction, and closeout while collaborating with clients to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular retail projects, including planning, design, and occupancy
• Work directly with clients to prepare project scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, and schedules
• Implement project documentation governance and ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience and education may be considered
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational skills and advanced mathematical abilities
