Job Summary

Obsessed with outcomes, the remote Project Manager will oversee cross-functional delivery across Engineering, Product, Clinical, and Operations, ensuring initiatives progress smoothly while utilizing AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Own project delivery end to end, tracking progress and surfacing blockers early
• Run and facilitate outcome-focused sprint and delivery rituals while eliminating unnecessary processes
• Write precise project briefs and specs that enable autonomous execution by engineers and AI agents

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in project management or a delivery-focused role at a software company or startup
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional delivery with minimal oversight
• Hands-on experience with AI tooling and automation of project management tasks
• Strong written English communication skills for async updates and documentation
• Fluency in project tracking tools such as Linear, Jira, Asana, or Notion
