Project Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Project Manager will manage relationships with major brands, investors, and advisors while overseeing fundraising, partnerships, and company operations to ensure strategic initiatives progress efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the brand partnership pipeline from initial introduction to signed contract
• Coordinate investor relations follow-ups during the active seed round
• Manage a small remote operations team and assist with daily briefings for the founder

Required qualifications

• Ability to work outside of standard 9-5 hours and be responsive
• Proven track record of identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks
• Strong writing skills for investor communication and internal updates
• Desire for career growth, with a clear path to Head of Partnerships
• Experience leveraging AI tools in project management and operations
