Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a post-PMO transformation environment, the contract-to-hire Project Manager will work remotely to build and standardize project management processes, governance, and reporting within a Microsoft 365 ecosystem while managing multiple concurrent projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage project lifecycle delivery, including scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies
• Develop and enforce project management processes, templates, and governance frameworks
• Enhance project tracking and reporting within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, utilizing tools like SharePoint and Power BI

Required qualifications

• 3-7+ years of Project Management experience
• Strong understanding of core project management fundamentals such as scope management and risk tracking
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools, especially SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Ability to operate in low-maturity environments and build structure from scratch
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills
