Job Summary

To support a growing portfolio of projects, the full-time remote Project Manager will manage multiple moderately complex initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with business goals while driving innovation in AI and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, managing timelines and facilitating meetings to drive engagement
• Oversee project risks and change management efforts to ensure smooth project execution

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in project management, AI/ML, or software development environments
• Strong program and stakeholder management skills with experience in coordinating cross-functional teams
• Proven experience managing complex initiatives with multiple workstreams and dependencies
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts, including generative AI and LLM-based solutions
• Experience collaborating with distributed/global teams
