Job Summary

Leading the onboarding of new clients and implementing processes for existing clients, the full-time remote Project Manager will drive successful completion of projects within scope and budget while collaborating with various stakeholders in the healthcare industry.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
• Coordinate with offshore agents and align their efforts with best practices to meet client needs
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to facilitate the adoption of best practices and uninterrupted operations

Required qualifications

• Experience in DME/HME, Infusion, or Home Health industry
• Knowledge of billing systems such as Brightree, CareTend, Niko, or TIMS
• Proven project management experience
• Minimum 4-year Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
