Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a post-PMO transformation environment within a digital/IT organization, the contract-to-hire Project Manager will manage multiple strategic initiatives remotely, focusing on standardizing project management processes and governance within a Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Design and implement standardized project management methodologies and governance frameworks
• Support project management capabilities using Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power BI

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3-7+ years of Project Management experience
• Strong understanding of scope management, scheduling, risk and issue management, and change control
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools
• Experience establishing project management processes in low-maturity or transformation environments
