Job Summary

Leading client implementations from initiation through go-live, the full-time Associate Project Manager will ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction while managing scope, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple external client implementations, ensuring project deliverables are completed on time and to client satisfaction
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and implementation team members, managing expectations regarding project scope and timelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions and provide weekly status reporting to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of Project Management experience
• PMP Certification is a plus
• Previous experience in property management operations, consulting, or general finance
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Project
