Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing client base, the remote contract Project Manager will manage project scope, schedule, and budget while fostering client relationships and overseeing CRM implementations.

Key responsibilities:

• Direct ownership of project scope, schedule, and budget management
• Build and maintain trust with clients, managing expectations throughout project lifecycles
• Lead CRM implementation projects, preferably with Salesforce, while collaborating with technical teams

Required qualifications:

• Proven project management experience with a focus on scope, schedule, and budget
• Client-facing experience and ability to manage expectations effectively
• Experience leading CRM implementations, particularly with Salesforce
• Proficiency in project/task management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently
