Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing AI data platform, the part-time Project Manager will manage brand partnerships, investor relations, and operational tasks while leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and drive outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the brand partnership pipeline from initial introduction to signed contracts
• Coordinate investor relations follow-up cadences for the active seed round
• Oversee a small remote operations team and manage daily briefings for the founder

Required qualifications:

• Experience in project management or a related field
• Strong written communication skills for investor emails and internal updates
• Ability to work flexibly and responsively beyond standard hours
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, such as Airtable, for tracking leads and actions
• Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks
