Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting large-scale application development and modernization projects, the contract Project Manager will lead and coordinate efforts across all phases of the SDLC while primarily working remotely with occasional onsite meetings in Madison, WI.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate application development and support projects, managing scope, schedule, risks, and stakeholder communications
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, work plans, and status reports while facilitating meetings and tracking deliverables
• Support project management office activities, including backlog management and resource tracking

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of application development and support project management experience with large enterprise systems
• 3+ years of experience leading system modernization projects
• 10+ years of experience collaborating with business stakeholders to document requirements and design deliverables
• Ability to work within a regulated environment and adhere to work rules and policies
