Job Summary

Managing end-to-end project management for key campaigns and initiatives, the full-time remote Project Manager will oversee major events such as Founders Weekend and the Entreprenista 100 awards, while optimizing ClickUp as the central project management tool and ensuring cross-functional coordination across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the project management for major campaigns, breaking initiatives into workstreams and tracking progress daily
• Manage and optimize the ClickUp workspace, creating standardized templates and ensuring team adoption of best practices
• Coordinate cross-functional deliverables and hold team members accountable to deadlines, fostering a culture of on-time delivery

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of project management experience in a digital media company, agency, startup, or membership/community business
• Advanced expertise in ClickUp, including building workspaces, automations, and dashboards
• Strong focus on deadlines with a proven ability to proactively manage project timelines and accountability
