Job Summary

Contracting remotely, the Project Manager will lead productivity projects focused on raw materials and packaging, driving cost savings and efficiency improvements while ensuring timely and financially viable project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end productivity projects involving supplier changes and supply chain optimization
• Engage cross-functional partners to align on project milestones and facilitate accountability
• Continuously evaluate financial viability and prepare business cases to support decision-making

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within procurement, supply chain, or CPG/manufacturing environments
• Strong understanding of raw materials and packaging sourcing and specifications
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Financial acumen to build and assess business cases and evaluate project ROI
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
