Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the Consulting Services organization, the fully remote Business Project Manager will manage multiple client-facing healthcare cybersecurity consulting engagements, ensuring effective project delivery, governance, and stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget while tracking progress and identifying risks across multiple consulting engagements
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project expectations and deliverables
• Maintain project management tools and documentation, supporting consistent delivery and operational efficiency within the Consulting Services team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of project management experience with a proven track record of successful project delivery
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, leading cross-functional teams
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce; experience with Certinia's PSA tools is a plus
