Job Summary
Coordinating integrated marketing initiatives, the long-term contract Project Manager will manage complex campaigns from concept through launch and analysis in a fully remote environment, ensuring alignment with brand visibility and lead generation goals.
Key responsibilities
- Direct the planning, scheduling, and delivery of multi-channel marketing programs, ensuring alignment with scope and milestones
- Act as the central point of coordination for campaign execution, organizing timelines and monitoring dependencies
- Analyze results across marketing channels by developing dashboards and post-campaign recaps to identify insights and improvement opportunities
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing digital projects and coordinating campaign timelines across multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency with Smartsheet for planning and tracking project visibility
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Teams for collaboration and communication
- Experience using Salesforce for lead generation tracking and performance reporting
- Familiarity with digital media campaigns and cross-channel marketing execution
