Job Summary

To support organizational growth and operational excellence, the remote Project Manager will lead cross-functional strategic initiatives from planning through execution, partnering closely with executive leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with executive priorities and business objectives
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and risk logs to drive visibility and successful outcomes
• Analyze project outcomes and key performance indicators to provide recommendations for data-driven growth strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of project management or operations experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working cross-functionally with leadership teams and stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or Smartsheet preferred
