Project Manager

Job Summary

To support strategic initiatives, the full-time salaried Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and implement project activities while engaging with stakeholders and ensuring alignment with organizational goals in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project charters, schedules, and implementation roadmaps while monitoring progress and addressing barriers
• Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders, coordinating engagement activities and communicating project status effectively
• Prepare project status reports and support governance processes through effective oversight and decision-making materials

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• At least 3 years of Project Management experience
• Experience leading or supporting grant-funded programs or community-based initiatives preferred
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office products
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred
