Project Manager

Job Summary

Remote across the U.S., the full-time Project Manager will lead end-to-end planning and execution of cross-departmental projects, define project scope and deliverables, and facilitate stakeholder communication and alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of programs/projects involving multiple departments
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders
• Communicate project status, milestones, and issues to leadership and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a cross-functional environment
• Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project)
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language
