Job Summary

Working full-time on a 6-month contract, the Project Manager will manage small to medium-sized projects, collaborating with senior management and stakeholders to define scope and deliverables while ensuring successful project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manages project work plans, including work sequencing, resource allocation, and delivery schedules
• Clarifies project scope, goals, and success criteria in collaboration with senior stakeholders
• Identifies and resolves issues within the project team and communicates project status to senior leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4+ years of project management experience or equivalent business management experience
• Domain expertise within human capital management required
• Strong planning experience and project management certification preferred
