Job Summary

Taking ownership of research studies from kickoff to close, the full-time remote Project Manager will define project scope, manage resources, and ensure timely and quality deliverables while communicating effectively with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope and create detailed work plans, including budget and resource allocation
• Assign staff to studies and ensure all team members are fully briefed on project objectives
• Monitor project progress, adjust as needed, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in office, process, or project management
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to anticipate potential issues
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with cloud-based file systems
• Experience managing budgets and basic financial documentation
• Curious about new tools and technology, including AI
