Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing multiple implementation projects remotely, the full-time Project Manager will oversee project teams, ensuring deliverables and milestones are met while collaborating with clients and internal teams to drive platform adoption and optimize processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the development of comprehensive project plans and monitor progress throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project hurdles
• Lead discovery sessions to gather and document business and technical requirements for project scope definition

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience with B2B SaaS solutions or enterprise software
• Familiarity with project management software such as Jira or Smartsheet
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management methodologies; PMP or CSM certifications preferred
• Experience working with public sector or public safety clients is a plus
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical users
