Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading software development and implementation projects, the full-time Project Manager will interface with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and adherence to project plans while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the solution development and implementation process
• Track project plans, ensuring deliverables are met and communicated to stakeholders
• Create and maintain thorough project documentation, including requirements documents and meeting summaries

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of project management experience, with 3+ years of implementation experience preferred
• Experience in the travel industry, particularly with GDS systems and booking tools
• Solid technical background in software development and web technologies
• Proficiency with Jira or other ticketing systems and Microsoft Office suite
