Project Manager

Job Summary

To support complex initiatives, the remote contract Project Manager will lead planning and execution across large, cross-functional efforts, partnering with Product and Engineering teams to drive alignment and improve organizational delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery for large, complex, enterprise-wide initiatives while defining execution strategies
• Facilitate alignment across leaders with competing priorities and present project status to senior leadership
• Coach Project Managers and cross-functional teams on delivery best practices to elevate organizational execution

Required qualifications

• 5-10+ years of project or program management experience
• Deep expertise in leading large, highly cross-functional initiatives
• Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery models
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience with Jira and Confluence in Agile environments
