Job Summary

Proactive and detail-oriented, the full-time remote Project Manager will lead multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality results while collaborating cross-functionally and engaging in all phases of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution, transforming ideas into successful outcomes
• Monitor project progress, setting ambitious deadlines and ensuring goals are met
• Facilitate communication between teams and department heads to promote collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in contemporary web tools and technologies such as Zapier and Google Docs
• Prior experience in project management or customer service with a focus on problem-solving
• Strong organizational skills and analytical thinking with a pragmatic approach
• Ability to adapt and manage multiple tasks while prioritizing effectively
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
